We're seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our team and help build our cutting-edge product. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing both the consumer-facing platform and the admin backend, leveraging the latest AI technologies to transform the moving experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for our relocation platform, focusing on automating complex processes and enhancing user experience.
• Develop and optimize systems to improve quote generation, vendor matching, and logistics planning.
• Create intelligent algorithms for personalized moving plans and service recommendations.
• Implement natural language processing capabilities to enhance user interactions and automate communication with vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our platform's frontend and backend systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying new technologies to continuously improve our product.
• Contribute to the development of our admin backend, creating tools and interfaces that leverage AI for efficient marketplace management.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong background in full stack engineering, AI or machine learning, with experience in applying these technologies to real-world problems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about AI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript / Typescript
• Experience with natural language processing and conversational AI technologies.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
